Welcome to Rela Noita! The Uudenmaankatu 31 location is slightly above street level, at the top of 6 stairs. The office is not accessible to wheelchair or mobility aids. The toilet is very small and is not wheelchair accessible. There are calming lights, music, and only natural, mild scents in the space. I try to burn only unscented beeswax candles, no more paraffin. please let me know if you have any sensitivity or auditory needs. The massage table width is 70-90 cm and holds up to 250 kg. Physical, mental, and verbal assistants are welcome to come with you on your visit. Other needs are welcomed–just let me know how I can provide the most beneficial service. If I am unable to accommodate your needs in my office, contact me to see if in-home care is possible.
Disease Prevention / Health Promotion
Your safety is important to me! If requested, I wear FFP2 masks during your entire service. I do not ever massage if I am feeling unwell. If I have been recently sick, I will contact you to determine if there is a desire to reschedule for a later date. I have a background in Public Health and I take disease prevention seriously and do not want to cause any harm or discomfort to my clients, even by accident! I do not charge for rescheduling or last-minute cancellations due to illness (physical or mental/emotional), etc. Do not come in if you aren’t feeling well.
There is a HEPA + carbon air filter in the massage room that circulates the air about every 15 minutes. I limit appointments to 20 per week (no more than 4 clients/day) so I can give optimal care to every client. Each client gets fresh linens and towels during their service and any tools are washed and sanitized between use. I use both creams and oils containing nut and/or seed ingredients. I do not have access to an EpiPen. Please alert me to any allergies or sensitivities. If you have any blood-based illnesses, serious medical complications, or communicable diseases, let me know before your appointment and we can discuss precautions.
